Rehabilitation where life actually happens

Neurological rehabilitation shouldn't exist in isolation from everyday life. By working with you in your own home and community, we can focus on the activities, environments and challenges that genuinely matter to you.

That might mean practising the stairs, moving safely around the kitchen, getting in and out of the car, walking outdoors or building the confidence to return to activities you enjoy.

It also allows us to involve family members and carers where appropriate, helping to carry rehabilitation into everyday routines and maximise progress beyond our sessions.

We don't just bring physiotherapy to your home, we make your home and community part of your rehabilitation.

Why Choose Neurosana?

We only recommend what is clinically justified. Transparent reporting for litigation, deputies and families.

Ethical Practice

The person, not the condition, is always at the centre of our clinical thinking and delivery.

Client-Centred

Every client has a clear, measurable rehabilitation plan. Progress is tracked and plans adapt as needs evolve.

SMART Goals

Our documentation meets the standards required by the Court of Protection, solicitors and case managers.

Rigorous Reporting

“At Neurosana, we care deeply about the people and families we work with. We believe rehabilitation should feel supportive, hopeful and personal, as well as clinically excellent. Kindness, patience and empathy are at the heart of how we work, and we take time to understand each person, what matters most to them and the goals they want to achieve.

As a small independent company, we are proud to retain a genuinely personal, human approach. We want our clients and their families to feel listened to, understood and supported throughout their rehabilitation. Quite simply, we aim to treat every person in the way we would want our own family members to be treated; with warmth, respect, compassion and a real commitment to helping them reach their full potential.”
